Promoter
1.1 The promoter is Cash Run Competitions (“the Promoter”).

Legal Basis
2.1 All competitions operated by the Promoter are conducted as skill-based prize competitions.
2.2 Entry requires the correct answer to a skill-based question.
2.3 The skill element is designed to ensure the competition is not classified as a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005.
2.4 No free entry route is offered.
Eligibility
3.1 Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Proof of age and identity may be required.
3.3 Employees of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected with the competition may not enter.
3.4 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry at its discretion.
How to Enter
4.1 To enter, participants must:

Complete payment.
4.2 Only entries with the correct answer will be entered into the draw.
4.3 Entry is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
4.4 The Promoter may disqualify any entry deemed fraudulent or in breach of these terms.
Skill Question
5.1 The competition requires a genuine element of skill, knowledge, or judgement.
5.2 The question will not be trivial or obvious.
5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry where the skill requirement is not met.
Closing Date and Draw
6.1 Each competition will state a closing date.
6.2 If all entries sell out before the closing date, the draw may take place earlier.
6.3 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible correct entries.
6.4 Draws may be conducted live via social media platforms.
Prizes
7.1 Prize details are stated on each competition page.
7.2 Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
7.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
7.4 Cash prizes will be paid via UK bank transfer.
Winner Notification
8.1 Winners will be notified via email or telephone within 7 days of the draw.
8.2 If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.
8.3 Winners may be required to provide proof of identity before receiving the prize.
Refund Policy
9.1 All entries are final once payment has been processed.
9.2 No refunds will be issued except at the Promoter’s discretion.
9.3 If a competition is cancelled, entrants will receive a full refund.
Limitation of Liability
10.1 The Promoter is not responsible for payment processing failures, website downtime, or entries not received due to technical issues.
10.2 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
